Help, slight rash on 23 month old.

I noticed in DDs bath tonight that she had a very slight rash on the back of her neck at her hairline and down between her shoulder blades a little. Also, a little bit on the bottom of her jaw bone and the front of her neck a tiny bit.

It was tiny tiny raised bumps...I almost couldn't see some of them, but i could feel them...a few were red, but mostly flesh colored.

She was sweaty a lot today, so I'm thinking heat rash? She also has sensitive skin, and if her tag or bib rubs her, she will get a mark, but this was a little more than that. She did have peanut butter and jelly for lunch, and peanut butter is still fairly new for her...she's had it about 7 times so far w/o any problems. She was also allergy tested at 1 year for a dairy allergy and it came back negative for peanuts.

Between her bath and bed, it seems a little better, nothing really on the front of her neck or jaw bone, but still on the back of her neck. I didn't giver her anything for it.

Would you be concerned?

ETA: It doesn't seem to be bothering her at all, she doesn't seem to notice it.

sounds like heat rash. that's a common place to sweat. is she getting over being sick? could be a viral rash. if you stretch her skin, does it disappear?

I'm pretty sure it was heat rash, the more I think about it. She hasn't been sick. If she still has it in the morning, I'll stretch and see what happens, she's sleeping now.
