by the way - he thinks that this is crazy and by this i mean:
the fact that i was able to come on here in 20 seconds - post and get an answer complete with a color-coded DIAGRAM

i just crushed my balls.  I stepped RIGHT on some upside down heels that i wore to work today, and left in the middle of the floor in a very dark room. CRAPHEAD!!!!!
