help quick please! banana question :)
I'm making a banana pudding and I want to cut up banana slices to put inside the pudding. I know once the banana is sliced, it goes bad like within the hour (starts to brown) .. Would it stay ok if I put it in the pudding and the pudding is kept refrigerated? My guess is it would be fine but I want to double check with the experts!
