Help needed please.. with toilet training.
How did you go about getting your dc to start going in the "potty"? Any tips would be appreciated.

Bribes.
We started out with prizes for sitting on the potty (I had a bag of stuff I got from the $1 store) and stickers.
When she got the hang of going number 1 on the potty we switched to mini candy bars and now M&Ms (she still needs encouragement).
She has only gone #2 on the potty a handful of times so we are still in prize mode for those.

Bribes or Rewards worked with DD #1, DD#2 we're currently potty training with stickers and lots of encouragement. DD #2 loves it when we all clap for her. So if she goes on the potty we all clap and sing for her that she keeps on wanting to go back, even when she doesn't have to go.
