Help, Need Opinions (sorry long)
Im going to be a BM in my friends wedding 11 days before my DD assuming I don't give birth before then.
Her MOH is planning the Bach party for 3 weeks from now...I'll be 34.5 weeks, and they are thinking clubbing in the city or wineries...I do not see myself doing EITHER that pregnant, so I gracefully backed out of the Bach party. I spoke w/ the bride, and she has NO PROBLEM with me not attending the Bach party, we agreed that we'll get dinner before the wedding!
Other Bridesmaids (who seem to not like the MOHs plans), are insisting that they do something that I will feel comfortable doing. I tried explaining that I dont want to be the reason any plans change b/c the bride deserves to go out and have fun! This didn't seem to work.
How else can I get them to realize that there is nothing I feel like doing this pregnant (I pretty much have a 5 hour limit before I need a nap now...so who knows how I'll be feeling in 3 weeks).
Thanks for reading this much. I'll take ANY opinions! TIA

i would just tell them flat out that no matter what they do, you won't be attending.

i agree too. it's better to just be direct, especially since the bride doesn't mind that you can't attend.

this. it is nice of them to try to include you but if they have never been pregnant, they might not realize its just not happening for you.
