Help!! My skin is a mess!!
I never usually have too much trouble with my skin... a zit here and there, but with this pregnancy, my skin is horribly dry and I am breaking out like crazy!!!!! What kind of face wash and moisturizer do you guys use???? TIA

My face was a mess in the beginning as well. I have always had problems with break outs, so I wasn't surprised. If it makes you feel any better, by 20 weeks, my face completely cleared up. It is the best it has ever looked with out using any type of acne wash.
I have been using Cetaphil wash and moisturizer. When my face was really bad, I would put a little Murad on the spot treatment. Probably not a good idea, but I was desperate. You really can't use any of the acne washes out there. I think there is one that is safe with Pregnancy, but I forget the name. I will have to look it up. Not sure how it works though.

I really didn't have acne, but I had these horrible dry patches on my nose and cheeks. The only thing that worked was original Eucerin in the tub. It is extremely cheap and only has like 4 ingredients, so I liked that about it also. I am still using it now!

The first thing you have to do is call the doc. Some like benzoil peroxide and others like salycylic acid...mine prefers the acid stuff...
Unfortunately, i have tried the Aveeno skin care set with no success and i am now using the: Neutrogena Rapid Clear Line....with little to no success either...
I'm having a girl - so i have a feeling that the extra estrogen is what's KILLING me...

the pregnancy safe one is Belli face wash and it's done nothing for me...just when I think I'm clearing up, I get more...

Mario badescu acne cleanser and cucumber toner...helps control the oil and is sooo gentle on the skin.
dove daily moisturizer under my makeup.
