Help! My Navigation System (and its NEW) Isn't Registering For Us Where The Hershey Lodge Hotel is in Hershey, PA and We're Going Tomorrow....
I tried calling the hotel and the man said it happens frequently and to put in an address of a restaurant that backs up to the hotel. However, my husband says his Navi isn't even recognizing Hershey, PA. Perhaps he has to change a setting since it's 4 plus hours away? Anyone have any other ideas? I'd HATE to not have our Navi working for us to get there.

Change the state that you are searching in. You might have it set to search in NY, not PA.
We have to do this on our navigation.

if it has an option to use a zip code use that.
I got a new GPS and it would not find a street when i used the town but when i used the zip code it worked

On my GPS (Garmin), I can enter the town, then search nearby for hotels. That should give you a list of hotels in the area, and you should be able to find it in the list.
