HELP! My nails are a mess
I have never had nice nails. They are short and gross. When I was PG and on prenatal vitamins they grew nice and strong. But now they are short, chipping, peeling and feel "ridgy". I need some sort of vitamin or topical treatment that will help. I feel so gross! Right now $ is tight otherwise I would go back to having them done all the time.
HELP!

My nails were so damaged from years of having acrylic nails. Nothing topical worked for them. They would grow-in almost paper thin with ridges. Once I started taking a multi-vitamin and biotin they finally got better.

Aside from all the vitamins I take every morning (multi, fish oil, calcium and aloe)..
I specifically take Biotin for hair, skin and nails.
I buy the small 60 capsule bottle at walmart for about 2-3 dollars
