help me with scenerio...

I do not clean cat litter, being pregnant and all.

Right now, one of my cats is sick, and pooped on the carpet. I am home by myself, DH is at work and won't be home for a few hours.

1.) do you leave it and wait for DH to clean it.

or 2.) hold ur breathe and clean as quickly as possible?

My cats never go out doors, have all updated shots and vaccines. I read these cats carry little to no toxins as opposed to cats who go out all the time.

ETA: I plans to call the vet tomorrow morning and take care of this, I don't know if something stressed him out or he ate something but he's extra mopey and the other cats are fine.

ETAA: I cleaned it before I even posted this and my MIL just yelled at me for it over the phone.

I personally would clean it. I wouldn't want it absorbing into my carpet.

I failed to mention I did in fact clean it right away, but my MIL totally just flammed me for it. I didn't want it to stain the carpet either!

You've had cats for quite some time, before getting PG... chances are you were already exposed to, and have resistance to, toxoplasmosis. I would not worry!
