Help me with meat!
Usually I am pretty good with specific cuts of meat for certain dishes, but I don't know whazt to use for this! I am making a Beef Stroganoff recipe for the crock pot (a Tasty Kitchen one) and it calls for 3lbs of "Beef Round Steak".
What is it? A London Broil, or a bottom round roast???

For that I would use a top round roast or a bottom round roast.
