Help me pack for the baby!
So we'll be leaving Thur the 6th in the middle of the night (early Fri am) so we'll away from home a total of 9 days (2 days driving each way).
How much clothing should I pack for her? She sleeps in onesies and has a gazillion outfits!
How many diapers should I bring?
I'm sure we'll be able to do laundry.....

Bring enough diapers for the car ride and buy some when you get to NY. Usually my mom will just go pick up diapers, wipes and formula before we get there. Less headache and stuff to travel with, but since you are driving I guess it's not too much of an issue. Just keep a bag next to you with the stuff you'll need for the drive.
Bring 2 outfits for each day that you are there.... Maybe bring separates that you can mix and match since you'll be able to do laundry. Don't forget bibs.

I am a new mommy, but when we go to LI to visit my MIL I always bring more outfits, wipes and diapers that I think I will need. If you don't used them, it is no big deal. BUT if you need them and don't have it on hand that could be trouble. Have a safe and fun trip!
