Help me out here...
So, I am going to be working in an office that the dress code is like really business casual. I have always worked at ad agencies, and except when we had a meeting with a client-- I could wear whatever I wanted to work, you just had to look good-- ya know?
Anyway-- is it cool to wear a dress with boots? Is that too funky?? I know women have more license than men do in environments like that. I am having a foot problem, and I have to walk a mile each way with my commute and I don't want to bring a change of shoes on my first day. So, I want to be comfy, etc. so my feet are ok.

Re: Help me out here...
thanks-- I am just not used to being in a conservative environment. My perception is like totally skewed.
I am actually going to wear this dress <--------- not like you can really see in the pic.
