Help me organize my Kitchen!
We went from having a teeny tiny EIK to a larger L shaped with an island- I have so many drawers and space I don't know what to do with it all! My goal is to be super organized- so far I have these drawers
cutlery drawer
pots and pans
dishes and bowls
bakeware
appliances
corningware
tupperware
crystal
?? anything else?

I would add a drawer for your table clothes, place mats, napkins, napkin rings, etc. etc.
a spice/seasoning cabinet
food pantry
you can also separate your everyday dishes to your fancier ones (if you do have 2 sets)
cleaning products for your kitchen
drawer with measuring spoons, ice cream scooper, wine opener, spatulas, etc.
enjoy your new kitchen!

I like as many things put away as possible so here are a few ways I use the drawers -
drawer for my large cooking spoons, spatulas, whisks, rolling pin, etc.
drawer for foil, plastic bags, plastic wrap, etc.
drawer for placemats, oven mitts, cutting boards
drawer for smaller gadgets and utensils - meat thermometer, measuring spoons & cups, cork screw, peeler etc.
drawer for odds & ends - not necessarily a junk drawer but a drawer for things like bag clips, corn cob holders, rubber bands, small items specifically needed in kitchen. If it's large enough combine with the smaller gadget/utensil drawer
desk drawer - pens, paper clips, tape, sticky notes, coupons etc.
junk drawer - for everything else that has no home

Wow, you guys are so organized!! I can only add one or two that were not mentioned. We have one drawer where we keep all of our warranties for our appliances and their instruction booklets. I also have a few drawers for my DD's stuff, like her bibs, extra bottles, burp cloths, etc.
Have fun organizing....

zip lock, saran wrap, aluminum foil drawer
spice drawer
cutting board, apron, dish towel drawer

I have a crap draw with dividers I bought from target. It has batteries, scissors, Post-its, coupons... lots of random crap. I find it to be a draw I'm in alot.
