help me figure out lancaster PA trip

we are going to dutchwonderland this summer. wither july or august, not sure yet. will probably stay at Eden.
DC are 5 (girl), 3 (boy), and 2 (boy).

plan is to leave Wed morn. get htere, let kids play in pool, sprinklers.
Thursday- Dutch wonderland. thinking of doing the twilight admission and going wed night, then back thursday. yes? no?
Fri- open for ideas. Definitly want to take them on strasburg railroad for a ride. nto sure what else to do. i would check out an amish farm, but think they may be bored. after strasburg railroad, i think i would do one more thing before heading back (we are actually going to ILs in PA for weekend).
tossing around either choo choo barn, amish, other ideas?

Across the street from the Strasburg RR is the train museum and it is fantastic. The outlet mall is also located across the street from DW. There is also a farm with rides that people recommend here, but we did not go to. Maybe someone else remembers the name of it.

Do the twilight admission the night before. It will give you a feel for the park and you'll know what you want to hit first in the morning.

You could take the family for a horse and buggy ride around the farms. The kids might like that because they will get to pet the horse. Don't go for a long one because after a while, the younger ones might lose interest.

I second the train museum by the railroad. They have hundreds of electric trains on display and they kids can see them all working. It's fun for the little ones.

ETA: Cherry Crest Farm is the name of the farm the PP mentioned. We haven't been there, but if you do a search on here you will prob find some good reviews.
Cherry Crest

One more thing...I think Cherry Crest is only open on Saturdays right now. At least that's what I saw on their website, unless I misunderstood. It opens for weekdays starting in July.

cherry crest farms was great we did it last year. We enjoyed it lots - in august they have a couple of corn mazes and tons of other activites to do with corn - they have a great pillow bounce, petting zoo - you can actually take the Strasburg train from cherry crest and back again if you want
