HELP! Is this enough food?
We're having a last minute BBQ on Monday
SO far, we know of 10 people for sure:
16 Hamburgers
16 Hotdogs
1 Kielbasa
6 large chicken breasts
Potato salad
Pasta Salad
Spicy Bean Salsa w/Chips
BBQ Chips
Someone is bringing a fruit salad
?????

I'd pick up some more hot dogs and hamburgers just to be on the safe side.
You could always freeze 'em.
Stop & Shop has BOGO specials.
I got Nathan's and the Steak 'em frozen burgers BOGO today.
DH LOVES the frozen burgers (either those or Bubbas).
I also mix a can of corn, black beans, salsa and BBQ sauce together in a bowl and sit out with corn or tortilla chips. Always a hit.

i was going to say extra HD/hamburgers too...maybe a sausage ring? bbq beans and another kind of dip too...we always have more food than necessary but i'd rather have more than less!

I'd get more breasts.. or not serve them at all. Maybe 6 more breasts and cut all of them in half.
I'd also do some veggies.. either a giant garden salad or a crudite or a grilled veggie salad.

and now have asparagus
a BLT appetizer (from Paula Deen)
A big watermelon
and now STEAK skewers too
we're going to Jamaica tomorrow...everyone better eat all of this!
