Re: Help! Is there a nausea remedy?
Mints were the only thing that seemed to help me and ice cold fruit.

Re: Help! Is there a nausea remedy?
I just got the relief band today and it seems to be working. the tingles in my hand are a little weird but id rather them over the constant queasiness. i have only had it on for about 20 mins. and I feel a little better so hopefully it'll work!

Anything with Ginger, Ginger Ale, Ginger Snaps, etc. When I had morning sickness I lived on Saltines and ginger ale.

Re: Help! Is there a nausea remedy?
A friend of mine, who's pregnant with her 3rd kid sent this to me.
Things that worked: Fruit with higher water content- like cantalope, watermelon, etc. (Especially helpful when you can not get enough liquids down.)
Making sure my tummy is never empty… always keep crackers or cheese nearby for quick access.
Eating small amounts several times daily…like six to eight times a day.
Popsicles!
Eating a protein snack or meal just before going to bed at night…so that blood sugar does not drop so dramatically. (For example: Eating a small sandwich)
Sonic cherry limes.
Taking prenatal vitamin on empty stomach last thing before going to bed with a sip of water.
ps my band is working. not 1000% but its helping!

Re: Help! Is there a nausea remedy?
I suffered with the nausea for 16 wks when I was pregnant. Things that helped me were:
lots of fruit, especially watermelon. Lemon ices/lemonade ice pops Sour patch kids candy Cinnamon candy (redhots)
Try to snack all day long, that's the best advice, hang in there, I still haven't forgotten those days.

Re: Help! Is there a nausea remedy?
I too suffered from m/s for the first 15 weeks. In the beginning I tried everything. Saltines did not work for me. Altoids were great. And sour candy like Lemon Heads. Preggie pops also helped a little bit. I tried ginger chews and they were too bitter. When these stopped working, my dr. recommended Vitamin B-6 and Unisom. That helped for a while. But then it got to the point where nothing helped. I was losing weight and dehydrating, so she put me on Zofran. Which has been a lifesaver. I still have some, when the queasiness creeps in. Good luck.
