really depends on what type of chop meat you used. 93% lean? That would prob be around 3 points. 80% lean would be about 5. IMO

Do you have the e-tools? There is a recipe builder on there and you can upload exactly what you are using and how much of each ingredient. It will divide the points by the number of servings you make and it will give you the exact point value per serving.
