help!! going to IRELAND for a wedding in two weeks NEED A DRESS ETC...
desperately need a dress... no clue what i want, what color etc... can you girls post recent pics of dresses you like or wore to recent weddings? shoes too? I need the whole outfit??
i know i need to go shopping and will sometime soon but need ideas? i like nordstrom, bloomies, and lord and taylor so if anyone has time to find and post some dresses, TIA!!!!!
i dont prefer long dresses and I am a simple kind of person... it doesnt have to be black but not too bold either!!! Thanks!!!

I could be completely wrong but I don't think european weddings are like american especially NY. I think a simple wrap dress would work. Banana Republic has a nice emerald green and white wrap.

Wear a hat! That's the best thing about weddings in Ireland. We don't dress quite as fancy at weddings there as we do here. I would advise against a long dress unless it's very formal or black-tie.
I think either of these from J Crew would be perfect. J Crew also has cute dressy shoes. Image Attachment(s):

Kenny is my step brother!!! My dad is married to his mom!!! My dad will be at the wedding, but unfortunately DH and I can't make it (we're both teachers and really can't take off the time). I can't believe you know Kenny! I'm assuming you know Peter then, too. Were you at Sinead's shower?

Any of the above dresses will work. They dont wear gowns or gowns with a lot of beading etc. Wear something comfy b/c the wedding last all day & into the wee hours of the morning.
