Help, Feeding Schedule, Long
My son will be 6mos old Sept. 6th (weighs approx 17.5 lbs) and I have just started to introduce solid foods(Rice/Oatmeal, Fruits/Vegetables). I was wondering if any of you ladies would have suggestions for a new feeding schedule. Like how much to eat at what time and what to mix, or serve simultaneously? Should I serve more Rice/Oatmeal than Fruits/Vegetables?
His schedule right now is as follows: 6:30-7:00a for a 8oz bottle 11:00a 7oz bottle 3:00p 7oz bottle 6:00p 1 tbsp rice, 2.5oz fruit 8:00p 7oz bottle
When do you think I should add in another feeding? I was thinking 1:00 pm. And, should I decrease the amount of formula he getting since I'm increasing solids?
I'm sorry for so many questions, but the little phamlet my doctors office gave me wasn't very helpful. So, thank you so much in advance.
