HELP! Could this mean I'll have back labor?
I just sat through AI sitting on the floor ON a tennis ball. This is the only thing helping this sacral pain right now. It comes and goes but it's definitely painful and I can't escape it. Is this a sign that my labor is going to be concentrated in my back?
I'm close to tears here..

I had back labor. Did you time it. I never had a pain in my stomach. It was just a squeezing pain from hell in my back.

I had back labor. Did you time it. I never had a pain in my stomach. It was just a squeezing pain from hell in my back.
I never timed it exactly. I figured because it wasn't in my "back" but more in my bum. It's pretty consistant but it gets bad every 15-20 minutes or so..
Even this AM nothing has changed. Sleeping was a dream last night

My guess is that it is early labor and yes it's a sign of back labor. I've had it all 3 times. It started out just like you're describing. You will be up on your feet all day b/c with back labor you won't want to sit.

sorry to say that sounds like what i had. don't worry, there are positions that can encourage the baby to rotate. try leaning over a yoga ball.
