HELP! Cleaning bluestone
My kids were playing with sidewalk chalk and water and the chalk seems to have stained my bluestone patio!
Any suggestions on how to clean the stone??
I am so upset- we just had it installed this season.

HELP! Cleaning bluestone
Try the Greased lightening. You can find it at lot of stores like Home Depot and Walmart. The cleaning lady that cleaned my house recently told me that it works on all kinds of stains. I would do spot cleaning first. She used it to clean my glass top stove and it looks brand new after cleaning.

Re: HELP! Cleaning bluestone
We had new mulch delivered - black - right after our new blue stone and paved front walkways was built. There were black boot prints EVERYWHERE! They said it would eventually fade, but almost 2 weeks and multiple hard rains later, they were still there.
We tried a couple cleaners - nada. So we powerwashed it. Everything came out with that. Just be careful with what you use.
