Like Kraupners? I never used to but then I heard people on here do.. So I started .. (although soon after I started tipping them, I stopped going through fertility treatments and needing deliveries  )
So... for most of my journey, no I did not..

If you mean a delivery from pharmacy like Kraupners, yes I always tipped the drivers.
