Ugh...I had terrible skin problems when I was pregnant. Unfortunately, there isn't much you can use. The safest thing would be salicylic acid but you'll probably just have to ride it out because hormones can make your skin act a little crazy at this time.

I feel your pain! I had amazing skin up until I was about 5 wks. I am 12 wks now and I feel like it's finally starting to get better. I was using my Clarisonic twice a day and they still just kept coming

I'm a little over 6 weeks and my face has broken out like crazy! I feel so oily and gross. It is really terrible. I just try to make sure to wash my face a lot. It hasn't helped much though

Unfortunately ur not supposed to use anything with salicylic acid especially in ur first tri.
Plus...this will prob be one of many pimples you will get (sorry)

Try using a warm compress to get the pimple to a head and pop it? Or maybe make urself an at-home mask with like honey and oatmeal. hth
