HELP! 4.5 month old sleep issues!
Hi Ladies, Thanks for opening. I will try to keep this brief. Our DD had been STTN since 10 weeks in her bassinet next to our bed. I followed The Baby Whisperer and Happiest Baby model.
THEN 2 weeks ago she started waking! She seemed to be teething (felt a tooth, runny nose, hands in mouth, etc.) so I used teething gel and teethers and it seemed to help. Teething pain passed but still waking. THEN she started getting out of her swaddle. So we stopped swaddling her. Still waking and we figured maybe she didnt have enough room in the bassinet.
So we made the swith to her crib and it has been awful! Three nights of constant waking. She is no longer swaddled bc she rolls over now too. We use a white noise machine, room is cool, she has a paci, we put her in a little awake. She falls asleep pretty easily BUT then is up ALL NIGHT. What do I do???

Re: HELP! 4.5 month old sleep issues!
DS is 4.5 months and we made the transition from the RnP to the PnP (Not ready for him to move into his own room).
I find that he will cry in the middle of the night but he isn't really awake. Is your DD awake awake? I find if I just pat him on the back for a bit he quiets down.
I think it is they are gettign used to having lots of room and my DS is now sleeping on his belly so that is new.
