help!

Hey, I have a question. Yesterday I had a line on the opk but it was def not positive yet. Then today no second line. I'm only on cd 12 and usually ovulate o on cd 17. I'm also on clomid and will be having a iui this month, tht is why I'm afraid I missed my surge. I had a sono today and they saw three eggs and did bloodwork. Would they know from my bw if I already od? They didn't call so I'm assuming I will o in a few days, but usually my line would be a little darker today and I'm freakin out cause it disappeared! Any input please:)

Re: help!

They will definitely be able to tell from your bloodwork if you are about to ovulate. Additionally, I think most people O a little later than usual on Clomid. They absolutely would have called you if you were surging.

As for the line on the test, I wouldn't worry about it. In fact, my RE insists that I use the CBE digital with the smiley face so I can't make a mistake or read into something.

IMHO, you have nothing to worry about.

ETA: How big were your follies? Did they give you the measurements?

Thanks for the response! I feel better. I will prob call in the morning too. Anyway, they did not say how big the follies were, they just said they saw three eggs (two on left on one on right). I wonder why they didn't say?? I'm going to rsony, I think u go there too:) I always forget to ask them all the questions! I did have bwork so like u said that prob would have showed up if I was surging. ill keep ya posted:)

Re: help!

With all the OPK's I used the lines were always VERY dark when they were +. Some days they were light and others they weren't there at all, but the + days were very obvious.

ETA- The bloowork will definately show if you are O'ing also so I'm sure you're fine Chat Icon

Re: help!

I do go to RSNY. Knowing that, they absolutely would have called you. The bloodwork or the smiley face is what they have always used to schedule my IUI. (I have had 6.)

Some of the docs and/or sono techs volunteer the follicle sizes, some don't. I always ask because I want to know how fast they are growing from appt. to appt.

Three follicles sounds great!
