Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
okay, so I am having a few problems. I am having pain in my lower right back and at night I feel like I can't move. I feel huge in the evening and my feet are aching at night also. What can I do to make my evenings a little more comfortable?
Usually I can deal with the agony but I am losing it.
Thanks in advance girls

Re: Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I only wish I knew..... I've been feeling that way for ages - with the exception of the aggravated ankles....
ETA: The only thing that makes me feel a little better is sleeping on the couch.

Re: Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sorry Steph, you really looked like you need your sleep. What about those pillows that everyone talks about on here?

Re: Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
maybe soaking your feet in a warm massaging foot bath? If you have ankle swelling, prop a pillow under them....
for the back, the only thing I guess you can do is wedge pillows under your belly so it doesn't twist your back while you sleep.... and maybe gentle stretching?
it sounds very difficult.... I hope you find a way to alleviate some of the pain

Re: Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have the same thing. Doctor said it is sciatica (sp). There's really nothing you can do about it, but I was also getting leg cramps and I'm doing the following:
1. Taking a hot bath before bed 2. Stretching before bed 3. Eating bananas 4. Sleeping with a pillow between my legs or elevating my legs with pillows
I caved in once and took Tylenol...
Feel better!
