HELLO!!!! Pyscho moment
I just had a psycho moment! Did you ever just go off on your DH for such an irrational thing... Meanwhile in the back of your head you saying "Why the hell are u doing this?" but ur in the moment so u go with it????  Well that just happened to me. I feel bad now

Oh yes, I have done that. Usually when my moods change when AF is about to show and I always feel so horrible about it. But he knows what its from and thankfully is extremely understandable about it.  You are not alone!

My whole day today was "psycho moments"...I even spoke to dh when he called me from work.
I asked him, "what the h e l l is wrong with me..(sorry if TMI) but I said, I dont even have TBAF (she left)!
I think Im just tired, but, OMG work was nuts today and I was a beyotch to everyone!
