Heavy Snoring
Ok, so I am snoring big time and not really sure what to do about it. It's so bad that DH slept in our guest room last night!! I feel so bad and I don't want to go the next 4 mos sleeping by myself.
I think the problem is that I'm sleeping on my back but I will take what I can get sleep-wise. I change positions throughout the night and I guess I'm mostly on my back because that's where I'm comfortable and can sleep.
Anyone have any suggestions to stop the snoring? Thanks.

Re: Heavy Snoring
Can you wear one of those breathe right strips on your nose? I snore loudly when I'm pregnant as well, it's totally normal.

I snored like a lumberjack! I found that the breathe-right strips did nothing. :( I got Dh some earplugs and that helped a little. He got the best sleep when I was in the hospital, lol

Heavy Snoring
Dh says I snore like a lumberjack asked my dr who said there is nothing to do about it. It's another joy of pregnancy. I say it's payback. Dh and my dog used to have competitions it would seem to who could snore the loudest. I was embarrassed for all of 30 seconds when he told me. Lol.

Heavy Snoring
I'm guessing that the snoring has to do with the congestion. I take Zyrtec before I go to bed and I use a nose spray so that I'm less congested when I go to bed. DH told me it helps but I'm still snoring. I'm not that loud though so he can sleep through it. SIL had to buy BIL earplugs when she was pregnant because the snoring was so loud.

Re: Heavy Snoring
I am snoring so loud now also! My poor DS has slept on the couch more times than I can count. It was the same with my last pregnancy. All I can say is that it went away a couple of weeks after DS was born.
