heavy pressure in chest and a little trouble breathing
for the past three days, I have had a strange heavy pressure in my chest, and have had some trouble breathing...like i am beathing deeply. Yesterday I woke up to a pain in my left shoulder/back, and it's still there. It is a little sensitive to touch. Now, when I lift my arms above my head, I feel a pull in my chest.
I did have a cold this weekend. I can't get an appt til tom. Has this happened to anyone?

Re: heavy pressure in chest and a little trouble breathing
I had this in the first tri and sometimes get it now. Its probably gas. I had it so bad one time I thought I was having a heart attack so i went to my Dr and he told me bad gas can cause pains between the shoulder blades.
Try not to focus on it; it only makes it worse. Feel better!!

Re: heavy pressure in chest and a little trouble breathing
I didn't have a pull but I do have trouble breathing since the second tri. I am now 36 weeks and its bad. I am having trouble breathing as i type this...escpecially when I wear a bra or sit or lay down a certain way. They say its normal. The baby is laying on your organs.
Feel better.
