Heathy Eats 3/10
Do we have a thread where we write wwhat we are eating each day? It's a great way to get new ideas
b: Sandwich thin with a little PB and half a banana--YUM
L: Three bean salad, 45 cal bread with a cple slices turkey, 1 slice lowfat cheese
d: i was going to make tacos...I will prob make mine a salad (93% lean beef) and lots of veggies
s: cherries or blueberries--I stocked up on yummy fruits!
Excercise: cardio on elliptical for 30 minutes then an hour weight class--really trying to get my butt moving for the summer

Breakfast:
2 Egg Whites w/homemade roasted peppers- Lite English muffin Snack : Raw Almonds - apple Luch Campbells Select Tomato Garden Soup & salad w/romain and light dressing.
Dinner- Ground Turkey meatballs- homemade chick stock sauce - Brocoli - salad or whole grain wheat pasta
