Well what would you like to know? My mom is an excellent baker and makes everything from scratch. I have recipes for Madeleins, tart tatin, clafoutie, tart de rhum, petit fours, bouche de noel...but my faves are vennoiserie, the bread pastries like croissants, brioche.
