heartburn is BACK at 23 weeks
i started off with tums 1000mg, then pepcid, now on zantac 150 twice a day (ok, sometimes more like three times a day)   anything else that helps? the weirdest things give me heartburn - like STRAWBERRIES!
any foods that HELP?

I have it bad as well. I am carrying VERY high and the heartburn is god awful. EVERYTHING gives me heartburn. I am taking zantac now as well. I find milk tends to help a bit.

I have had it continuously. I am on Pepcid 20mg 2x a day and I still have acid Milk helps a tad. At this point I am just resigned to the fact that most things give me acid. I stay away from all things citrus, tomato, caffeine and carbonated. Maybe your OB can prescribe Prevacid for you.

Stick to bland foods and eat smaller more frequent meals. Also, don't eat too close to bed time! That always helps me!

Honestly the only thing that helped me was bready foods or starchy foods. Like potato chips, italian bread and french fries. So not good for my GD but they got rid of the heartburn and acid reflux

another GD girl here - bagels help me too - but are SO bad for me!
i'm on zantac 2 times a day as well and Sunday was a NIGHTMARE - i literally did Zantac with a few Tums Smoothies as a chaser and it's the only way i fell asleep!

my FH thinks im nuts and a big baby but i literally burp up acid - it BURNS!! 
he tells me to suck it up, i tell him to take a long walk off a short pier
