Heartburn/Acid Reflux
Ugh...it is keeping me up. Sat, I am 21 wks. I noticed it here and there and now seems frequently present when I go to sleep. Doesn't matter what I do.. prop my head, turn my head...then get up to go to the bathroom, I feel it. Which just happened. Ugh. My ob said I can take tums & mylanta but in my head I try to keep it to a minimum...that's prob ridic. I know I can't be alone. What are you doing to help?

Ugh I remember those nights. I used to take 2 tums and they usually helped!

everyone I'm woken up by it I take 1-2 tums and go back to bed... usually works for at least a few hours

I take 2 tums and it DEF helps. I consider it to help with my calcium intake as well.

2 Tums, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. My heartburn has been out of control these days.

Mine is soooo bad it causes me to get nauseous and occasionally throw up (sorry tmi). My dr told me to take Zantac 150 and it has been helping. But if it stops she said. Prevacid is good too

I was having awful heartburn/acid reflux. My dr told me to take a Zantac and night before bed and Prilosec in the am before I eat anything. I'm pregnant w twins- and they said tums are like candy for me lol- but the meds are def helping.

I took 3 tums and sat upright to sleep, it was that bad! Sometimes if i layed down the acid would pass my throat and up through my nose. It burned so much :(

Uggg was up at 2am with heartburn. Was awful waiting the half hr for the zantac to kick in! Gonna have to take preventative measures from now on!
