Heartburn
Anyone taking anything that has been effective in reducing heartburn/reflux??
Tums don't seem to be effective. This all started last week with the onset of my third trimester. Each day it gets worse and worse. It starts around 2p and gets really bad overnight. I wake up with a sore throat. I added an extra pillow but that doesn't work either.

Re: Heartburn
Maybe drinking milk will help? Mine has finally gone away but I have GD so I think the diet change has helped it.

Re: Heartburn
Milk, Cheese, Dairy... etc. Basically anything that will coat your throat.
Also stay away from edible caffiene things (i.e., chocolate) and anything that has acid in it.

Re: Heartburn
I am 20 weeks and I started getting major heartburn last week! The worst I have ever had! Tums seems to do the trick for me.
