Heartburn
I have really bad heartburn today. So what's my solution when tums doesn't work? I got a Fribble!!! Don't know if it's gonna work but it sure taste good

Hey ladies... be careful with milk products. They soothe for about an hour, and then the calcium actually speeds up stomach acid to break it down. I have Gastritis with bad heartburn on top of it, and my drs told me no dairy for this reason! Just so you know..
Other foods to avoid:
Spices
Sauces
High Fat
Maalox has helped, and Pepcid AC is ok. Im on it once a day right now.

chew gum....I read saliva works, so chewing helps make more without thinking about the gross factor.
