I feel ya, sister. Mine is back in full effect. It is just burning in my throat and stomach. I am getting no relief today. I'm at my last resort- gum.

Gum actually INCREASES stomach acid. Eat a pepcid. Acid Reflux queen over here.

Gum I heard makes it worse! It churns the acid in your stomach! I have it worst at night, milk sort of helps me but I don't get much relief from tums either.
