Heart Rate Question and Update on me
What is it "they" say about the heart rate and boy vs girl. I can't remember.
I had my 3rd sono today and Dr B measured the heart rate at 157bpm. My sono went great too. What a relief. I am always so scared of another loss, but my estimate from last af is 8 wks today and my little bean measured 8w1d. I can breathe a little easier today. Oh and I was released from Dr B today :o( I mean its good, but I will miss him terribly. I see my new OB on Tuesday...can't wait!

Not positive...but I think they say that if the heart rate is 150 and higher it's a girl

its kind of strange myth since the earlier in pregnancy you are the faster the heart rate will be. But we all start out looking like girls... the genitals don't develop till week 12

I wasn't sure if the heart rate is faster earlier on or not. I know the genitals aren't developed yet, but it is already determined which sex its going to be. I don't really believe in all these myths anyway, but I couldn't remember which sex is said to have the faster heart rate.

Heart rate is definitely faster early. Mine were in the 170s early on and seem to have leveled out in the low 140s.
