Hear me out on this regarding reheating stuffed shells
I plan on assembling the stuffed shells and chicken parm on Friday. Sat. morning, I would cook it. BUT I'm thinking of cooking it without the cheese on top and then adding the cheese when I re-heat it.
Basically, I will cook them around 12, then take them out so DH can cook the meat, then reheat while the meat stands.
Good or bad idea?

I think it will make the chicken dry. I think reheating takes almost as long as cooking it the first time. I would just assemble everything the night before and cook it while your meat rests.

Ahh, but do you think I'll have enough time?
