Healthy ways to liven up brown rice?
I'm making an asian chicken dish tonight (soy sauce, white vinegar, green bell peppers, and water chestnuts baked over chicken). What can I do to make the brown rice from a box more appealing? I feel like it lacks flavor. I would like to add some flavor, while still keeping it healthy. Any suggestions?

try cooking it in chicken stock instead of water
add a little spice to the rice as it cooks. I add curry powder to mine as its cooking and the rice absorbs the flavor!
