Does anyone have sample daily menu's for weight loss?

I feel I need more of a guide...any meal idea would be so helpfulChat Icon

Overall, I try to eat a lot of fruits, veggies, lean protein and whole grains.
This is what I ate today, just to give you an idea

Breakfast- egg whites, lowfat yogurt, coffee w/ fat free 1/2 and 1/2

Lunch- veggie burger on lite english muffin, Progresso light soup, apple

Afternoon snack- glass of skim milk with 1 tsp quik

Dinner- breaded and baked (no oil) chicken cutlets, steamed brocolli, rice

Dessert- fudge pop

When I first started my eating "rehab" I found it hard to come up w/meal ideas.. try this site.

Here's what I tend to go for; just pick one from each meal.

Breakfast:

-1 cup multigrain cheerios w/skim milk
-Egg whites, fat-free cheese, weight watchers toast
-2 scrambled eggs, whole wheat pita, salsa and fat free cheese
-2 multigrain waffles w/light syrup
-Whole wheat english muffin with organic peanut butter

Lunch:

-Soup, weight watchers bread, fruit
-1 cup pasta w/marinara sauce
-Lean Cuisine/Smartones frozen dinner
-Whole wheat pitas stuffed with peppers, onions, lettuce and chicken breast with fat free Italian dressing
-Salad w/chicken, nuts, craisins, rapsberry dressing

Dinner (I always make some healthy version of the following)

-Soup (broccoli cheddar/pasta fagioli/lentil)
-Pasta with sauce
-Baked chicken cutlets, rice, veggie
-Sandwiches
-Salads
-Crockpot dinners
