I make stirfy a lot..I use the shirataki noodles and precooked/frozen shrimp. I spray the pan with pam, add garlic, salt and pepper and stiry fry! So yummy!
I also eat a lot of grilled or baked chicken, lean ground turkey tacos or meatloaf, ometlettes, veggie burgers!
