Healthy Cooking Shows??
I love watching cooking shows - but anyone know of any that focus on healthy cooking ?? I've noticed recently that a lot of the meals I'm making from these shows has a lot of butter, salt, sugar, etc....

Healthy Appetite with Elie Krieger is one that comes to mind (Foodtv)
but you can alter most recipes to fit your health needs.
subsitute olive oil for butter (or split the amounts between the two)
lessen the salt.
or omit oil altogether in favor of cooking sprays.
remember that olive oil (and other veggie oils) are not UNhealthy and have vital nutrients. it's how you use them that counts.
