Healthy baked goods?
Anyone have any ideas and/or recipes for some healthier baked goods??
Can be cookies, cake.... anything!
I have the hugest sweet tooth and unless I want go gain 300 lbs in these last 9 weeks of my pregnancy, I think I should start trying to eat a few more healthy things!
TIA!

I LOVE No Pudge brownies
you just add low fat yogurt to the mix & bake. OMG sooo good & they are only 2 ww pts.
DH is against anything lowfat - I didn't mention that these were & before he knew he that he polished off 6 of them in one night.
Another lowfat dessert - any cake box mix & a one can of any flavored diet soda - just pour into the mix & bake according to directions on the box. I usually make cupcakes this way.
I use chocolate cake mix & diet black cherry soda, or white cake mix with diet orange soDA. Use your imagination
Brought these to a girls luncheon with my girlfriends - everyone was raving about them.

Re: Healthy baked goods?
healthy pumpkin scones
1/3 cup reduced fat Bisquick 2/3 cup quick cooking oats 2 T brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 T pumpkin pie spice 1 cup canned pumpkin 4 teaspoons of maple sugar or turbinado
Mix the dry ingredients (except for the 4 teaspoons of sugar which go on the top) and then stir in the pumpkin. Divide dough into quarters and make 4 mounds on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of maple sugar or turbinado on top of each scone. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes. The recipe builder says that these are 2 points each.
