Headaches in 2nd trimester??.....grrrrrr
Does anyone get headaches????. were do they come from, they only started showing up in the 2nd trimester, and I never really got them before being pregnant. Only when I had a hangover ..hehe. But they are getting pretty intense right now, they show up more in the morning. just want to know if anyone also experiences them.

I get them off and on. I find that if I drink some water or eat some chocolate they sometimes go away. But there are some that are so bad that they don't go away for anything. If they get really bad check with your doctor about taking Tylenol. My doctor has said that I can take Tylenol if the headaches are really bad. I've only had to take it twice so far.

I got them around weeks 11-12 and 16-18. I was not dehydrated and my blood pressure was fine. OB told me that it is common at this time. I had them for 9 days straight at one point. They sucked! The did go away though! Feel better soon.

Yes I get them... my Doctor told me that its due to the increase in Hormones.....

i get them sometimes too. my dr said if they are really bad, i could take the tylenol, which i have done when a few times when i was completely desperate.
does anyone know if that HeadOn stick is safe to use during pregnancy? i keep forgetting to ask my dr. i used to use it b4 being pregnant and it would sometimes help with a tension or migraine headache.

Ditto - Sleeping and literally downing a ton of water was my only relief. They have subsided thankfully.

Yup! I got them a lot in the first trimester and still some now. Sometimes i got them for 3-4 days! It was awful!
