Headaches and dizziness
So i was lucky enough not to have any morning sickness during my first trimester.
I am just entering my 2nd trimester and everyday around 2 o'clock I get the worse headaches and they last thru the evening. And if the headaches are not bad enough I get moments of light headness or dizziness I can't concentrate on anything because my head hurts so much...i just want to cry

Re: Headaches and dizziness
that happens to me to but only from time to time. Not everyday. I'm sorry you're not feeling well. THe only thing that helps me is sleep and a nice rag over my face.

Re: Headaches and dizziness
Tell the doctor...I had the same symptoms and they found my blood sugar was really low.

Re: Headaches and dizziness
I've had the worst headaches for the last 4-5 nights from about 4pm on, and they get worse as the night progresses...then my eyes start to burn too! Once I'm in bed they seem to go away. I think I just need rest!!

Re: Headaches and dizziness
I went through the same thing in my 2nd trimester and off and on in my 3rd. If you find you are getting dizzy or headaches around the same time, try to eat something or drink something. Your blood sugar may be dropping a little. Also make sure you are drinking enough water (something I didnt always do).

Re: Headaches and dizziness
during my first pregnancy I had the worst headaches from 15-16 weeks. I couldn't even turn my head without it hurting.

Re: Headaches and dizziness
this could be due to dehydration. Are you drinking enough? Try to drink more.
