Headaches
It seems like I wake up with a headache every morning lately.
I'm not usually a headache person and I don't deal with them well.
I know I can take Tylenol, but I really don't like taking anything.
Anyone have any alternative treatments?

I am not sure about other treatments but I had bad headaches pretty much every day during my 1st trimester. My doctor said it was normal due to increased blood volume.

Headaches are normal and they STINK! I had them bad in the first trimester. My doctor told me it is from increased hormones, blood and also a lack of protein or potassium. If you eat a banana or have something high in protein it should help the headache go away.
