headaches
i have such a bad headache, did anyone get these in the beginning?

I did. The only thing that helped me was caffeine. I would have a cup of coffee and feel 100x better!

I did. I realized it was because I was dehydrated. Try drinking more water.

I went through caffine withdrawals in the beginning until my body adjusted to me having less. Try a small cup of coffee,tea or soda. It usually went away within an hour or so. If it didn't I would take one tylenol and that would do the trick.

I've had migraines my entire adult life and my first trimester was the absolute worst. So far so good since about wk 14

I really don't like water and was really bad at it in the beginning... once I got better about it they stopped. Even today I was running around the office and forgot my bottle of water and I now have a pounding headache.
