HEADACHES
Lately I have been getting bad headaches on and off. They are located in the back left area of my head and they are throbbing. I'll have most days where I don't get any, and some days where I will get them several times. And when they come on, they are POWERFUL. I was concerned it was my BP but each time I have gone, my BP has been around 110/60, including today when it was 110/63. Any other ideas as to what this can be attributed to? I'm 31 weeks so one idea I was thinking is that now that my belly is so big, it's throwing off my back, thus giving me headaches.

HEADACHES
I drink over a gallon of water each day and I work in an office (today is my last day!) so can't be the heat... I don't really have any allergies. But we are moving from DC to NY tomorrow so maybe it's the stress? I don't get them when I'm feeling particularly stressed though, they tend to come and go intermittently.

Re: HEADACHES
Ever since last week's heat wave, Ive been getting them too.. Then the past couple days when it cooled off a little, they went away and now that its hot as hell again, they're back!!!!!!!!!
Could it be the heat?

HEADACHES
I don't think so because I am indoors literally all day right now. I get them even after eight hours of being in an air conditioned office.

I don't think air conditioning stops you from getting heat-related headaches, unfortunately.
It could be hydration, even with a gallon a day. It could also be all the extra bloodflow starting to effect you differently. Things are moving and shifting still in your body, and the baby could be putting pressure on a nerve or artery that's radiating up to your head. You could be sleeping funny and it's actually coming from your neck. There are so many things that could cause bad headaches during pregnancy. Stress is a huge one!
Your BP sounds great. Have you tried a small amount of caffeine or taking a tylenol to help? If nothing helps the symptoms, I'd definitely call the nurse line about it and explain you've tried everything.

Thanks a lot - appreciate all the feedback. Tylenol hasn't helped and I usually have a little caffeine each morning (half-caf coffee) but not much after that. Maybe I'll give that a try next time one comes on. Thanks again!

HEADACHES
i know i read and was told that pregnancy does cause more headaches. I literally wake up with a headache every morning. Some of them are terribly bad and some of them go away quickly. I hope you feel better soon!
