Headaches
I seem to be getting headaches every day now. I'm 10 weeks. Is this a normal symptom? I know I can take Tylenol but I'm trying not to.

Re: Headaches
I get bad headaches too. Lately they have become more frequent. I take Tylenol as I need to and 90% of the time it does the trick! I usually try to tough it out, but if doesn't go away after a couple of hours, I cave in and take Tylenol.

Re: Headaches
Try a touch of caffeine. Usually mine will go away with just a few sips of soda or coffee.
And that little caffeine is totally safe.

Re: Headaches
I've been experiencing the same thing and certain days it is accompanied by ear pain (the same ear pain I had with DS). I'm only about 8 weeks. Last time around a touch of caffeine worked but this time around even the Tylenol I took one time isn't really helping. I try to eat something and rest. Yesterday I drank some Gatorade and it worked but who knows what will work today.

Re: Headaches
I got 2-3 headaches a week up until 15 weeks. It was torture. Nothing helped but sleep. Tylenol was a joke. It should get better as time goes on.

Re: Headaches
I had them for a few weeks. Weeks 10-13 were the worst. I'd have a headache almost everyday at some point. I never took any medication although I really wanted to. I would have my DH rub my shoulders, neck and head until I fell asleep and I drank extra water.
Feel better

Re: Headaches
completely normal.. try some chocolate, or regular coke or pepsi.. a little caffiene helps.. also, light didn't help me. I would go into a dark room and press my temples really, really hard..

Re: Headaches
from the end of my first trimester to the beginning/middle of second trimester my headaches were out of control. i am migraine prone so i was incapacitated a lot. i found that icing the back of my neck and drinking caffeine w/ tylenol helped a bit.
