headaches
did anyone experience them in the begging,im at work and i ahve the worst Headache, im thinking it might be since i count out caffiene.

If you just cut out caffeine cold turkey you are probably having withdrawl headaches, have a cup of tea or 1/2 caffeince cofee to help a little for hte next few days.
It is also very common to have headaches your first trimester, they are usually caused by the rise in hormone levels.
Drinking lots of water can also help since the first sign of dehydration is usually a headache.

Yes! I haave had them throughout the whole pregnancy. They come and go sporadically. It's usually right above my left eye.
